1 Great Read!
An inspirational romance. CANYON is a swift and exciting readfrom an author that has done her homework (including a white waterraft trip down the Colorado River within the confines of the Grand Canyon) and uses it to breathe life into her characters, their problems, and the final outcome. Ms. McCourtney is the author of 28 published novels and is a writer that manages to inspire while entertaining, delight while teaching, and produce a read so engrossing that it's impossible to put it down until the last page is turned. The action builds, the plot is multi-layered, the characters headstrong, bull-headed, but so endearing. CANYON, and Ms. McCourtney's use of an extended metaphor, is a read to remember. Thanks, Ms. McCourtney, I really enjoyed this one. END

Quote of the Day:

"Deep" is a word like "theory" or "semantic" -- it implies all sorts of

marvelous things. It's one thing to be able to say "I've got a theory",
quite another to say "I've got a semantic theory", but, ah, those who can
claim "I've got a deep semantic theory", they are truly blessed.
