1 Disneymania in concert...
Hi i bought this and i am 17. This dvd is mainly targeted at kids younger than me, but i liked most of the people on the cover, and it was cheap, so i got it. I have a few complaints about this dvd.

1. No Chapters! This dvd runs about 55min long and there is no chapters,so if you want to listen to that one Jesse McCartney or Stevie Brock song, sorry.

2. They mostly lip-synch! I don't think there is one song when anyone of them sing live. I know a lot of them have the voice to sing live (unlike Ashlee Simpson) and they just don't get a chance to shine on here.

3. Raven's on here WAYYY 2 much. I know she's disney's "it" girl ever since Hilary Duff left, but come on. She's the host, is in the "Circle of Life" video (it saids on the dvd that the people in the video would perform this song, but it's just the video), and she has 3 songs on the dvd (which is tieing the most along with Jesse McCartney).

4."Colors of the Wind" by Ashanti feat. Lil' Sis Shi Shi was not performed. This, like the "Circle of Life" video, said it would be performed and it wasn't. It was just a video with clips of them in the studio.

5. This isn't really a complaint but as a really funny observation. Almost all of them said they loved singing in Disney live, but the whole thing was lip-synched! I thought that was amusing.

In conclusion this is a cheap dvd, it has it's faults, but for it's target audience it did a pretty good job. I just hope if disney comes out with another dvd like this they would consider the complaints uptop.
2 They may have been lip-synching, but it's still good...
So here is how is starts out: Raven sings her hit song on Disney Mania 2 True To Your Heart. With awesome dancemoves, it definitley makes everyone hooked to this dvd so far. Raven hosts and there are also other stars that come to perform/interview/music videos.

Raven-Symone sings: True To Your Heart, Shine, Supernatural

Jesse McCartney sings: The Second Star to the right, Beautiful Soul, Best Day of my Life

The Beu Sisters sing: He's A Tramp, Anytime You Need a friend

Stevie Brock sings: Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah, All 4 Love

Ashanti feauturing Lil Sis Shi Shi sings: Colors of the wind (music video and interview)

Disney Channel Circle of Stars sing: Circle of Life (music video)

And, a special music video of Proud of Your Boy performed by Clay Aiken!!!

Raven-Symone, Jesse McCartney, and Stevie Brock probably gave the best performances. Everybody was good!

Disneymania In Concert is a great dvd if you like to dance to music that already has dance moves for you (some of them have dancers) but if you don't like that and If your thinking it's mostly behind the scenes in music videos and interviews your wrong because it's mostly live performances.

Overall, get Disneymania In Concert because it is a great dancing DVD and you (like me) after dancing, will be sweating for more!

Quote of the Day:

Well, he thought, since neither Aristotelian Logic nor the disciplines

of Science seemed to offer much hope, it's time to go beyond them...
Drawing a few deep even breaths, he entered a mental state practiced
only by Masters of the Universal Way of Zen. In it his mind floated freely,
able to rummage at will among the bits and pieces of data he had absorbed,
undistracted by any outside disturbances. Logical structures no longer
inhibited him. Pre-conceptions, prejudices, ordinary human standards vanished.
All things, those previously trivial as well as those once thought important,
became absolutely equal by acquiring an absolute value, revealing relationships
not evident to ordinary vision. Like beads strung on a string of their own
meaning, each thing pointed to its own common ground of existence, shared by
all. Finally, each began to melt into each, staying itself while becoming
all others. And Mind no longer contemplated Problem, but became Problem,
destroying Subject-Object by becoming them.
Time passed, unheeded.
Eventually, there was a tentative stirring, then a decisive one, and
Nakamura arose, a smile on his face and the light of laughter in his eyes.
