Kodak MAX CRV3 Lithium Battery

The KODAK CRV3 Lithium Battery is designed specifically for today's feature-rich cameras. They're the obvious choice for speed, performance, and long life. They deliver faster flash recycle times and last up to 10% longer than our previous design
1 wrong illustration
The battery you are showing is not the correct battery. That is not what the Lithium CRV3 3V looks like! Very confusing. I'm afraid to order thinking I'll get what the picture shows.
2 Great lifespan, convenient, and good economy
My mom loves these batteries. I've tried to get her to use rechargables, and she's also tried a variety of alkaline batteries. However, she insists these are vastly more convenient than rechargeables and last so much longer than alkalines that she only needs to pack one spare, on long trips.

3 I think you got the wrong picture
I think you have the wrong picture of the Kodak CRV3 battery, as I am interested in buying some but only once I can confirm that the battery I need is the one you will ship.

4 Kodak MAX CRV3
I had this battery for over a year and thought it was rechargable. It wasn't and I used it in my docking station anyways, and it just now died. It has lasted over a year. and i paid alot more for another brand that I doubt will last as long. I will buy this again.
5 better than rechargeable
I purchased the rechargeable set and the battery never held a charge for more that a few pictures. This battery has held up for several months without the awful delay that the rechargeable has. This is by far the best battery for the Koday Easyshare camera.
6 Recharge that CRV3!!!!!!
Use a toothpick, a razor blade, and super glue. Cut the toothpick in half and glue together. Now trim the narrow ends of the glued toothpicks so they are just long enough to press down the microswitch inside the battery compartment and the inside lip of the battery door. Now insert the CRV3 battery and PRESTO, the battery gets charged.

8 CRV3 Battery
WOW!!! This battery rocks! Lasts long time and chicks will dig you for using it.
9 Lasts a long time!
This battery came with my Easy Share 4900 when I bought it in August of 2002. I use my camera a lot and it is now April 2003 and it just died. However, I didn't have much notice when it did.

I've had other digital cameras and used the rechargable niimh or alkalines and they usually lasted 1 month. These lasted 9 months!

I don't understand the other reviews where people said they didn't last long.

10 Works for me
I put this battery in my much used digital camera in July 2002, and here it is April 2003 and it's just now died. But it doesn't give much notice (about 5 seconds) when it loses power.
11 MAX CRV3 Nonrechargable!
This battery is NOT rechargable!! So what?
It replaces two AA batteries. Easier to load, less fumbling.
I use it in my Olympus D40 and they last a lot longer than any two regular batteries I have tried. I will continue to use them.
I don't think that rechargables are worth the trouble.
12 Koday NiMH rechargable batteries.
These are worthless. They don't last, don't seem to take a charge and leave very little notice when they go out. DK
13 Kodak Rechargeable Ni MH Battery Pack
I purchased two rechargeable batteries with my new DX4900 camera. These two batteries are next to worthless; they just don't last and there seems to be nowhere to find relief or a refund!!
14 Rethink this one
This battery lasted no time and failed at my 9 year olds wrestling match where it was needed most and died.I STRONGLY suggest looking elsewhere. The CX4230 is a GREAT product though.
15 Dead Kodak Battery
I used my digital camera on only four occasions where I took over 60 pictures at a time. I was at a wedding reception when the battery went dead on me. I was able to squeeze some pictures out by taking one shot; camera shut down, let battery recharge a little, take another shot, camera shut down again. I finally gave up after 8 shots. The docking station does not recharge the battery as advertized.
16 A little confused . . . Don't make the same mistake
I got one of these batteries with my camera. I made the mistake and thought it was rechargible. This is not a rechargible battery, it does have a long battery life, I brought it on 4 trips with me before it died. The problem with this battery is that it does not leave you with a lot of warning that it is going to die. The battery light flashes and the camera cuts off. Best to always pack a spare as you have no way of checking how much battery is left.

Do not leave the battery in the camera when and if you use the docking station as I have heard it will drain the battery.
