I got this for my ibook. It works great and haven't had a problem. No AC needed for Mac with Firewire. Fast and easy to use. I won't recomend for USB1 user. It would be slow.
2 Love then failure
This drive worked great, light weight, easy to transport and then it lost all data for unknown reason, reformated by computer guy and works again. Will continue to use but not for permanant back up.
