1 Scroll wheel sucks!!!!! Needs seperate number and navigation
I agree with the previous review. To make the review short.
The scroll wheel sucks.
There need to be some more buttons especially for navigation and one for INFO.
There are some good things that makes one point of the previous review null. Overall this is still not worth buying.
My blue remote is not blue. It is purple.
2 There's a reason for the low price
Only after having ordered this remote did I read some reviews on CNET.com. There were only 6 reviews and several were negative, referring to poor build quality and problems with the backlight. Apparently there were not many people who bought these units, opting for the lesser-priced remotes in the Harmony line.

I received my 768 yesterday and promptly set it up. After just a few hours of ownership (not hours of use), the backlight began intermittent operation! Now it doesn't come on at all. This renders the remote useless in anything but good lighting. Do you really want to turn the lights on in the middle of a movie in order to make a change to your system?

Aside from that major problem (which will result in my return of this unit), I find the scroll wheel and mode buttons to be awkward to use. Perhaps I just need more time to become accustomed to the layout, but I think it's a flawed interface.

I like the small size of the remote but not necessarily the layout of the keys. Aside from the volume controls and channel controls, you really can't trust that you're pressing the right buttons unless you're looking at the keypad. That violates one of my hard-and-fast rules about good remote control design.

It's hard to believe that this used to be the top dog remote in the Logitech/Harmony line. The backlight flaw is a MAJOR problem. The remote can still be used, but I can't imagine Logitech selling these in good conscience at close to the $249 retail without fixing the flaws.

At $50 (after rebate) this may be a decent buy, but if the backlight fails within a couple of hours will the rest of the remote maintain functionality?
