1 Something that Really Works!!!
After reading this book, I was totally pumped to start my "new lifestyle". I thought I'd die during the first phase without my carbs, but I felt really great the whole time! When I got to eat fruit again during phase two, I really thought I was eating candy. It was such a great feeling. My clothes were fitting looser, I wasn't hungry all the time, and the cravings were gone! I would definately recommend this book for readers everywhere. My husband and I are currently in phase 3 and doing wonderfully!!!
2 Fantastic Book
This book is so educational and eye opening! If you want to learn more about your health or rather how to improve your health; read this book! He explains the natural resources our food used to provide to our bodies, but no longer provides due to many factors. In addition, he includes the physical, mental & spiritual health to complete "the diet". I would not describe this as a diet book, but instead a healthy way of life. He also provides many resources as to where items may be located.
