1 Better than the virus formerly known as Windows 98
I bought the OEM version years ago with a hard drive. Super easy to install, nearly intuitive to run, and - most importantly - crashes went from at least two per week with W98 to less than semiannual with W2K, running on an Intel Seattle-PII350-256MB ECCSDRAM rig. I would never go back, but keep W98-2e on a crumbling old Thinkpad for obsolete equipment drivers.
