Increase your comfort when carrying your Nikon camera about with a wide fabric neck-strap. Available in gray only.
1 Just what you're looking for, nothing you aren't.
Nikon has been a staple in the camera world. If you own a Nikon, like I do, you know that you want your equipment to scream "I know what i'm doing."
This does that.
The NS-1 (as Nikon calls it) is a feature-free (and trust me, that's a good thing) camera strap designed to take a beating. It doesn't look like this strap has changed much over the past thirty years, but most of the time that too is a good thing.
On the reverse side of the grey webbing (which is trimmed with a small red line, and sports the large "Nikon" logo in yellow stiching) you'll find a no-slip surface designed to keep the strap where you tell it to stay, even while looped on one shoulder.
The only thing i had to get to go with this strap were two small key-ring-like rings, to attach the strap to the metal loops on the camera body (I have a Nikon-N65). Although it isn't needed, i find this greatly improves the strap, as it will move more efficiently with the rings.
But kudos to Nikon, for producing a strap that's just a strap, no neoprene, no bells, no whistles. Just camera.
