I just received my OUTRO case yesterday, and already I'm liking it alot! My iRiver H320 does fit snugly into the case. Contrary to what another reviewer wrote, there are two leather holders attached to the bottom plate that you have to fold into place. By folding those holders into place, the H320 is supported from the top and bottom so that it won't slide out of the case! (Helps to read the directions as I found out) The case also comes with a detachable belt clip so that I can attach it to my belt whenever I'm outside or at the gym. If you're not satisfied with the original case that came with the H320, then perhaps you should look into this one. Personally, I think you'll like it!
2 A must-have for H320 owners
This case is pretty much a must-have for owners of H320 players. iRiver's factory-supplied case unfortunately does not allow you to access the controls without removing it from the case. I've found that you're most at risk of dropping the player when you're fumbling with buttons at this time.
The Outro solves that problem by enabling you to access all the H320's buttons while protected by the leather case. In my opinion this really reduces the chance that you might drop the player.
The case is attractive and can hang on the belt via a clip provided, or the clip can be removed and you can just stick it in a pocket.
Drawbacks are that it adds weight and size to an already hefty product. In addition, in order to give you access to ports on the top and bottom of the player, the case does not have any strap across the top or bottom. The player fits pretty snugly in the case so when it's new there doesn't seem any chance for it to slip out, but hopefully the leather won't stretch over time.
All in all a nice product.
3 This Case Rocks!
I have been searching for a quality case for my iRiver H320/H340,and finally someone finally thought about making a top of the line functional case for the iRiver(the only great cases out there up to now, were all made for the iPod's). Well I am happy to report that all of that is about to change. OUTRO HYBRID X2 offers a superior case in excellence and great value. Beautiful cowhide leather in both black and red (I ordered both colors-My favorite color is red,but just in case the red was not the right red, I could still enjoy the black(the red is beautiful),so I will interchange them. I love how I have access to every button,every port. I love how the beltclip is removeable(I don't want a beltclip if I'm wearing a dress). My sister have the very expensive Vaja case($70),for her iRiver H340. Which offers very little functionality and poor protection for the edge/sides of the unit.The Vaja case is pretty though,nice leather,but thats it. For $40 less I have it all,good looks,great functionality and beautiful leather(after seeing mine, my sister will order the Outro case because of the great access to all the functions and use her elegant Vaja case just for show. Thank you OUTRO, couldn't ask for a better case... It even comes with a cleaning cloth. Love it!
