Using lenses and filters is a great way to enhance your photographic experience. In order to use lenses and filters with many Olympus digital cameras, you must purchase a CLA-1 lens adapter tube.

This is also known as the CLA-1 Adapter Tube. It is for use with many of Olympus's "C" series digital cameras. I use this on my C-4000 and C-5050 cameras. A Step Up Ring (43 to 55mm) is required with the CLA-1 so that you can then use any screw-on lens (e.g. telephoto, wide-angle, macro, effects filters, etc.) to add versatility to your photography. This adapter tube serves it's purpose just fine. These are some/all of the model cameras that use this adapter tube: C-5050Z, C-4040Z, C-4000Z, C-3040Z, C-3030Z, C-3020Z, C-3000Z, C-2040Z, C-2020Z, C-2000Z. I hope I have been helpful.
