1 Picture is Misleading and disappointing
This is the first time I have been unhappy ordering from Amazon. The picture boxes that you get are not what you see in the photo. Beware of the small print "Available in ever-changing designer patterns". What that means is that you get a mismatch of different patterns. I thought that the patterns changed from time to time, but that the picture shown was what I got. I saw the same boxes at another site (but showed the picture of assorted boxes of different designs). I could have ordered from there and saved $10, but was happy when I found what I thought was a designer photo box that matched my decor. I ordered 10 green marble looking boxes to line up on my libaray shelf and what I got was 10 boxes of assorted patterns, all of which looked like designer cast offs. Very disappointing and an expensive mistake for shipping costs to return.

Quote of the Day:

TOO BAD YOU CAN'T BUY a voodoo globe so that you could make the earth spin

real fast and freak everybody out.
-- Jack Handley, The New Mexican, 1988.

The feeling persists that no one can simultaneously be a respectable writer
and understand how a refrigerator works, just as no gentleman wears a brown
suit in the city. Colleges may be to blame. English majors are encouraged,
I know, to hate chemistry and physics, and to be proud because they are not
dull and creepy and humorless and war-oriented like the engineers across the
quad. And our most impressive critics have commonly been such English majors,
and they are squeamish about technology to this very day. So it is natural
for them to despise science fiction.
-- Kurt Vonnegut Jr., "Science Fiction"
