1 Great Card!
I got this for my PSP and it works great. Much better than Sony card, especially given price.
2 Worked great...for about a week
Like many others, I purchased this for use in my Sony PSP. I loaded it up with some MP3's before getting on an 8 hour flight and it worked great. About a week later it suddenly stopped working. The PSP no longer recognizes it and when I plug it into my laptop I get a message saying the card needs to be formatted. No problem, just format it, right? Well, when I try to format it I get a message saying that the card can not be found.
I really liked this product at this price...it's a shame it didn't work.
3 Great for everything but the PSP
Yeah, this worked great for about 12 hours. Then I was getting the re-insert card error. My PSP reads the card about 40% of the time, and even then I get serious lag when trying to play MP3's and Video. If you have a Sony Camera, probably a great card, but its awful when dealing with the Sony PSP.
4 Just as Good as Sony, Without the High Price Tag
I don't know what to tell you about the few naysayers who posted here; they almost sound like Sony plants who want you to pay double for thier brand, the way they trash SanDisk. But that's bull: the memory card works just fine. I've used it with a PSP, and I've had no problem downloading MP3s, photos and game cheats.
This isn't the first time I've bought SanDisk, either: when I had Fuji digital cameras, I bought several and never had a problem. Then why the complaints from others? Maybe they had a bad experience. So did a few of those who bought the PSP the day it came out, but it didn't stop a million others from getting it. I'm one of them, and I'm glad I did.
So if you're easily scared into believing in the Boogeyman, go pay more for Sony. If you know that most of the time media storage devices work well (there are no gaurantees in life) and you want to save a LOT, then buy SanDisk.
5 Works great
I bought this for use in my Sony PSP and it works great with movies, photos and mp3s. The included adapter is useful if you have a MemoryStick card reader in your pc, and you don't have a usb cable for transfering data to the PSP.

This is a great product that works with the psp! and alot cheaper than the sony brand.
7 Known error with this memory stick
I just got off the phone with the technical support for sandisk, and they informed me that my 'reinstert memory stick' error message is a known problem. What's more, they have no solution, and offer nothing in exchange at the moment. They said to 'watch my email for news' about some sort of solution. Unacceptable.
I will be returning this product, and buying a certified sony memory stick. At least, with their product support, the chances are more likely that they'll honor their warrantee and replace the card.
8 My Luck - This thing works everywhere
I went to a local CircuitCity of black friday & saw this card. I did not know that amazon had a "price mistake" $34 sale on it.
There was only 1 piece & No price tag. I asked the rep & he scanned it at $34. I got it.
Absolutely no problem with this. It works on my Sony digital Camera DSC-P10, camcorder, as well as my 2 memory readers (Zinio & Lexar Jumpdrive Trio) when used with the included adapter. The magic ggate technology reduces the maximum disk space. But the speed and size makes up for it. I want to thank CC & Amazon for this great product.
To the guy who did not get the item: You should have done an in-store pick up the same day when you see a deal like this.

On the 25th, I ordered 3 of them, picked them up at my local circuit city on black friday. with a price this cheap, you had to get in right away. :( for all who didnt, and yes, it is not fair when the claim an item is out of stock when it is in stock. I would contest it, proving to them that the item is in stock at the time of purchase. You can contact the BBB if you really want to....
10 Horrible Service
I bought this from Amazon on Nov. 27 and to my disappointment, one day later the order was canceled by circuit city siting that it was not in stock.. I go to my local CC and they have plenty of them in stock. Caution: Do not buy anything from Circuit city from Amazon.
I wish Amazon would have just stayed with there own dist. center rather then hiring all these 3rd party vendors. It is really hurting there customer service ratings.

I ordered this on November 25 for $35 on Amazon from Circuit City store. They cancelled my order next day due to their own pricing error. I can't believe they do this to customers. I will report them to Better Business Bureaus.
12 Works great, much cheaper than Sony branded, inc adapter
First thing to note: This is Sandisk's new smaller sized Memory Stick. As is, it won't work in almost any Memory Stick enabled device due to the size. HOWEVER, it comes with an adapter, and with the adapter, it works fine. This is a Memory Stick ** PRO ** device, and won't work, with or without the adapter, in devices that don't support the Memory Stick ** PRO **. Check your device for compatibility before buying.
I have used this Sandisk card + adapter in several Memory Stick PRO enabled devices and it has worked flawlessly with them. At the price, it is a steal!
13 Did not work with Sony Video Camera
I purchased the momory stick for my Sony DCR-PC350. However, the memory stick has rarely recognized by my Sony handycam. When I use genuine sony memory stick, the camera recognizes it. Therefore there must be something wrong with Sandisk side. Don't buy this product. Go for genuine sony memory stick.
