this product provides great protection for i pods, but pushing the buttons is not quite as easy with the skin on. so for protection is give this four stars
i did not take off points for some other things because other people may not have the same problems or concerns.
one of my problems is that the skin makes makes the i pod look much larger and chunky. but it looks great on the i pod mini.
there is also a little difficulty getting it on and off if you plan on doing this regularly. why? one might ask would i think of taking off the skin regularly? well even though i can charge my i pod with the skin on i can not plug my i trip into my i pod with the skin on so if i want to listen to my music when driving then it is a lot more trouble than i like to deal with.
so if you don't mind the look which is actually not bad, or the i trip inconvenience, then the protection is great.
oh and if you have an i pod mini then i definately advise buying on of these
