2 This book has opened my horizons
One gets to a point in one's life where there is clearly a "before" and "after". This book marks my personal epiphany. "Before" - a Friday night steak special at my neighborhood family restaurant and trading in heifer futures. "After" - a daily smorgasbord of animal waste parts at my own dining room table and the endless opportunites of the Egyptian bovine, sheep, goat, poultry, horse and ass meat market. I am moved beyond further comment.

Where to start? This one is a real page-turner. I could not put it down. Just when you think it's over and there could be nothing more, the author proceeds to similarly blow the lid off the EXPORT market for edible offals of bovine, sheep, goat, poultry, horse and ass meat in Egypt. Simply amazing and well worth every cent. This author is going places in the world of ass meat.
