1 Insight look at Cashflow through real estate lease-option
If you are just starting out in the real estate investing, before you spent hundred or even thousand of dollars on seminar education on learning the secrets of lease-option business, spent the $24.95 for this book. It is worth it. Although this is not a replacement for those seminars, the book does provie you a good overview of the lease-option business and help you determine it this is an area you want to persuit.
Even if you are an experienced real estate investor, you would find value by looking what Matthew is doing in his market and the "Chasflow" strategy.
Matthew utilize easy to understand real life examples and share his experience on creating cashflow through lease-option. The book is a great value for the price. Add this book to your collect today!
2 There are better books for the money
I found this to be a pretty expensive book, considering the information conveyed. It offers some valuable tidbits and I always gain new information, so it was not a total waste. However, my opinion is that the books by authors such as Robert Shemin, Irene and Mike Milin, and Andrew McLean and Gary Eldred gave me much more bang for the buck even though they weren't focused solely on lease/options. I was looking for a "turnkey" guide, and in my opinion, this is not it. It doesn't even have any example lease or option forms, which would seem to be quite helpful in a "turnkey" package. Of course, they will soon be available on their website for more $$$$. Also, each chapter ends with two pages of six questions which were basically useless to give the book more heft.
However, in giving credit where it is due, it appears that the author has quite a portfolio of homes on his website and is actually making money at what he does. That's more than can be said for a lot of authors who are out giving seminars on how to make money in real estate. The book is worth reading, but I'd probably start somewhere else first.

It's great to have someone put out the details of how to truly build significant income layers while avoiding the many pitfalls associated with rental properties.
In this book, Matthew points out some of the traditional problems associated with rental property, and how to avoid those while at the same time bringing in MORE MONEY!
Just when you think it sounds a little too good to be true, Matthew backs up his information with true life scenarios and even ultra-conservative examples. As he mentions, many actual transactions go much better when executed in the real world.
Matthew and his contributor (Wes Weaver) have helped start my real-estate investing out on the right track!

5 Great guide for Single-Family home investors
If you are serious about investing in single-family homes, "Turnkey Investing with Lease Options" is a must read book! Matthew explains in detail the how's and why's of his successful investing style. I know from my own investing experience that he is giving you great information not based on theory, but based on many years of being in the trenches and growing a sound real estate investment portfolio.
6 Don't buy homes without it
In his second book, Matthew Chan explains in detail how you can use the Lease/Option strategy to build wealth in Real Estate. After reading TurnKey Investing with Lease Options I came to a quick conclusion that this book will undoubtedly become required reading for anyone who wants to become a professional real estate investor.
