1 Reviewing the competition!
This will be one of the strangest reviews you've ever read:
Although I'm a direct competitor of Rita Bruegger's (fellow speaker/sales trainer), and of her book, "Vacation Ownership Selling" (because of my books, "The Closers-Parts 1 & 2" and "The Art & Science of Resort Sales"), I love her material. Seriously!
Why?
Because she knows what she's talking about! And because, where her material might miss a point or two, mine fills in . . . and visa versa! In fact, if I had my druthers, her material and mine would be sold together as a set. But, in the meantime, invest in both of 'em anyway. Rita is a real sales professional, so you simply can't go wrong!
P.S.
I've never met or even talked to Rita. I know her only by reputation and the quality of her work.
Note: You may have noticed that all of my book reviews carry "5 Star" ratings (*****). But that's not the sign of a "soft reviewer." I only review books to which I can honestly give a "5 Star" rating. You may assume, therefore, that any sales training/self-improvement book without my "5 Star" rating is either something less that "5 Star," or I simply haven't gotten to it yet . . . and there are certainly plenty of those!
2 Best Book on Timeshare Sales!!!!!!!
This is one on the most helpful books I've ever read on the subject of timeshare sales. So thankful to have found it and worth every penny of the investment. Add it to your library today!!!!!
3 A comprehensive compendium of industry wisdom
This is a quite exceptional volume. Books of any kind on vacation ownership are uncommon; literate and genuinely valuable books on the subject can certainly be counted on the fingers of one hand (probably excluding thumbs...). If you sell timeshare, you simply cannot afford not to master everything in this book; if you just want to understand how timeshare works and how it is sold, you need not even begin to look elsewhere. Sales people - here is a seasoned, intelligent, and successful professional telling you how to do it. What more could you ask for, other than for them to write you a check?
4 SIMPLY AWESOME
You will not find a better book on the subject anywhere. If you are serious about your career, you need to buy this book and read it. If you are motivated and driven to be successful at timeshare sales, all you will need is the knowledge contained in this book and a positive attitude. No excuses- SEE YOU AT THE TOP!
5 My honest opinion
I purchased the book at first having met the author personally curious about her work. The author brings structure and elaborates on details helping refreshen the timeshare presentation for seasoned veterans or get green-pea rookies up and selling. Her selling psychology highly motivates the reader to wanting a chance to "try" her approaches on the next tour. If your lost or not doing well selling timeshare, would like to read what a proven producer has to say, or would simply like to refreshen your sales presentation skills then I highly recommend the book. I've met her and she writes as well as she sounds. In sales presentations she'll blow you away.

To the previous reviewer "Bogus". Sounds as though you never read the book and you have jealousy problems. I have read the ENTIRE book and found the book an excellent source of additional timeshare sales training information.

All of the above reviews are obviously bogus. The author is hyping the book. The secret to selling timeshares is to snag more than your quota of dummies.
8 Buy this book now!
This book is fantastic! I am only half way through it, but in less than one month from the day I received the book, I have gone from not even rating in the top 30 sales people nationwide in our organization, to number 4. Within 2 months I should be number one in the nation! This is without ever having been in sales before Sept 2001. This book is the best! Thank you Rita Bruegger!
9 Vacation Ownership Sales Training
I found this book to be exceptional in content! This book offers SO many examples of what to say on the sales presentation.....This is the BEST!
10 Great book
I have been a timeshare sales rep for 6 months and this book has been a saving grace for me. My resort does not have a sales training department and the managers only have so much time. The book takes you through the whole presentation from begining to end and gives you many closes as well as ways to overcome objections.
